This page is the English version of the Russian-language Wikipedia article on the same individual, as such, it should be linked to the Russian version. It has officially been completed, this message is just a clarification as to what this article is. In addition, the English version should be expanded gradually to be roughly the size of the Russian version. I will engage in this endeavor.

A note.

I recently uploaded a translation of this article to the Azerbaijani version of Wikipedia, please review it in the event that I made any errors in the aforementioned translation. Also, I'm unsure how I may be able to link the translation, this final part will be elaborated upon in case someone else beats me to it or I figure it out, probably the former honestly.
