Fair use rationale for Image:Intimatelive.jpg

[edit]

Image:Intimatelive.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Intimate and Live (concert tour)Intimate and Live — The "concert tour" part unneeded. Relisted for further input. Jafeluv (talk) 20:03, 5 April 2011 (UTC) --nding·start 04:47, 27 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose. The primary meaning is the album, not the tour. Andrewa (talk) 09:48, 4 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. The primary meaning is the tour. Honestly, the division in articles may not be needed. And to what Andrewa said, that is an a live album about the tour. Did you even pay attention? I Help, When I Can. [12] 21:57, 4 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
    • No personal attacks, please. Agree that a merge is worth considering, which would make the move a moot point, so it's a pity it wasn't proposed first up. The article on the album says it was highly successful in Australia, although I note there's no citation for this if it's an opinion, nor figures to support it as a fact. The tour, on the other hand, was rather low key; The only city in which she played a major venue was Brisbane, and she only did one show there. Sure, it's a live album, but that doesn't mean that the performances on which it's based are better known than the album. Does it? Andrewa (talk) 07:34, 5 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
