Per WP:EN, we generally prefer English-language titles whenever possible. That's usually backed by English-language sources which should also ideally be using the English title. I haven't found any secondary sources covering the name change yet, but I did find an official page: [1], which is also available in French. With only that to go by, this move could go either way. My personal preference would be, since there is an "official" English title, that should be our preference, but others might feel that this move shouldn't happen at all per WP:NAMECHANGES not quite being satisfied.
