There are quite a few open or unclear points with this article. First of all, it should be moved to InstantTV and rewritten as "InstantTV is a ... operated by Singapore based RecordTV Pte Ltd".
The claim that today's Singapore based RecordTV is a legal predecessor one way or another of the previous US based one has not been substantiated. Clearly, the domain ownership has moved at some point, but there are no sources actually evidencing the link between the two. From the sources provided it seems that RecordTV.com was up for sale in 2001, then there's a space and RecordTV Pte Ltd is founded in 2007 in Singapore, according to the law suit filing.
Clearly this article puts an emphasis on the new Singapore based company, so the historical company has little (or no) relevance, other than possibly trying to establish notability for the domain "RecordTV.com".
On it's own, the Singapore based company likely lacks notability given very limited coverage in main stream press. However, I'm willing to wait a few days to see if notability can be stablished. pseudonymJake Brockmantalk09:11, 3 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
