The result of the move request was: moved to Infineon TriCore, per proposal in discussion SarekOfVulcan (talk) 13:37, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
Tricore → TriCore — The CamelCase is always used by Infineon in this way. Wikipedia uses this kind of CamelCase for other architectures e.g. PowerPC --Chjb (talk) 09:54, 5 April 2011 (UTC)
- Move to Infineon TriCore, and disambiguate with triple core 65.93.12.101 (talk) 17:09, 5 April 2011 (UTC)
- I don't like this idea. It generates problems if Infineon changes it name, does a merge or sell this architecture of someone. Is the disambiguation with triple core really such a problem to prevent from a move. For other architectures the designer isn't part of the lemma name (C166, C167, PowerPC, x86, SuperH, V850, etc..... ) --Chjb (talk) 09:27, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
- That is the same problem if the architecture is renamed. "tricore" is terribly generic. See this google search 65.93.12.101 (talk) 22:56, 11 April 2011 (UTC)
- Tricore must be renamed to have better search result in Wiki. Infineon TriCore looks more suitable name. In case of name change update will be executed by the members like you and me - Mohan.rajk (talk) 17:44, 13 April 2011 (UTC)
