This articles had a conflict of interest tag on it. To the person making the initial tag, what's the COI concern? Is it that the article was apparently started by the subject or his publicity team? Is there text in the article that is particularly problematic? —C.Fred (talk) 14:59, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Some statements from the original version of the page that I encountered made me think that the article author had some sort of a connection to Litovchenko (e.g. "He is considered to be the best top manager at communication sector." or "Igor Litovchenko, Kyivstar President thinks that in every person’s life the balance is so much important – harmonious combination of career, family life, communication with friends and spiritual development."). I see your point. There are a lot of statements like that in the article that raise a concern with the tone of the article and are cause for it to be copyedited with particular attention to neutral point of view. —C.Fred (talk) 15:01, 30 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
