Original title "Tu me manques" is French, not Spanish

The beginning of the article reads, "I Miss You (Spanish: Tu me manques)...", but "tu me manques" is not Spanish. It's French, The Spanish translation would be "te extraño" or "te echo de menos. This same mistake shows up in a number of articles online. I would have corrected this myself, but I wasn't sure how to format it. Should it read, "(French: Tu me manques)" or "(Original title: Tu me manques)" or "(Original French title: Tu me manques)"? Or maybe "(French: Tu me manques. Spanish: Te extraño")?
