Chronology

According to The Official Charts Company, EPs can chart on either the singles chart or the album's chart, depeding on their length and size. Effectively Hurt: The EP was considered as a single because it charted on the singles chart. Should it not then be removed from the album chronology in the infobox, and should it not also be listed as a single in the discography? — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 ^[talk] 21:27, 12 September 2012 (UTC)

It charted on the singles chart, as all songs do, but it wasn't actually released as a single. "Hurt" was just the song she performed to promote it. AARON• ^TALK 08:31, 13 September 2012 (UTC)

Per UK chart rules listed here (pdf will download upon being clicked) page 11 it says a CD/Digital release with a maximum of four song titles and a maximum length of 25 minutes is classified a single and would be eligable to chart on the UK Singles chart. While I agree that Leona's promoted the EP with Hurt, she also named the EP Hurt. Its primary release was digital but its individual tracks are ineligable to chart because the entire release is classified as a single. Otherwise Hurt: The EP would chart on the album's chart but the song "Hurt" would have charted on the singles chart. — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 ^[talk] 17:35, 16 September 2012 (UTC)

It was called Hurt: The EP, so it is still an EP template that should be used IMO. How about removing Hurt: The EP from all info box chronologies and replacing it with "Hurt" instead? AARON• ^TALK 19:05, 16 September 2012 (UTC)

I accept that that is an EP but it is an EP Single not an EP Album. Hurt: The EP = EP single, The Fame Monster = EP album. Hope that's cleared things up? =\ Judging by the latter, we could probably just leave it as EP. — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 ^[talk] 23:50, 16 September 2012 (UTC)

Confused

Since the ep contains three covers by three alternative artists, I didn't hear rock music in her take on the songs cause there's no heavy stuff and its basically turned into piano like ballads. I was going to remove it but saw a message saying don't add rock without a reliable source. Should we get rid of it now?72.64.207.76 (talk) 14:44, 7 June 2015 (UTC)
