Greetings. I'll be removing the article. Right off the bat, there are problems with the prose. Sentences should not start with a numeral. Either spell them out, or precede them with another word or clause. The rainfall image/maximum for Henriette does not currently lie within the article. This will help eliminate weasel wording in one of your sentences. Check out the TC rainfall climatology for Henriette, and include the relevant information. - The text "up to 10 inches, with a peak of 13" is contradictory. Also, what is the source of the satellite estimate? I don't see it in the reference section.
