List of storms named Dolly has been listed by Wikipedia:WikiProject Weather as an Set Index Article (SIA). It is important to note that SIAs are NOT disambiguations. Unlike disambiguations, SIAs are intended to provide both navigation and information rather than just the former. Keep in mind that SIAs are subject to verifiability and thus content within them must be sourced as a result. If you can improve this SIA further, please do so. |
Requested move
[edit]Per the concensus of the WikiProject:Tropical Cyclones, the set index page should be at the main Hurricane Dolly article unless one of the many Hurricane Dollys is so catastrophic as to be retired by the World Meterological Organization. In the event that it is retired it would earn the right to the main Hurricane Dolly space and this set index page would be moved to Hurricane Dolly (disambiguation). But the name Dolly has not been retired and probably will not be. Some discussion has already taken place here. Plasticup T/C 13:49, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
