Tagged article as self-promotional
[edit]I just added an {{advert}} tag to this article because it is clearly written in a manner and style that promotes the subject. Of particular note is the section "Reporting" which simply spouts the propaganda of the Vietnamese government. There are no sections in the article on freedom of press, freedom of speech, economic freedoms, property rights, bodily integrity, judicial due process, etc. Sparkie82 (t•c) 14:21, 5 September 2021 (UTC)

tag. The second part of section “Reporting” is about reports from NGO and other government which don’t align with the Party. Danny81133233 (talk) 11:16, 15 December 2021 (UTC)
Neutrality
[edit]I might put up a need for a neutrality tag since the article is fairly one-sided. Although there is a need for human rights, it is reasonable to assume that there needs to be a point of view from the other side as well. 14.201.98.19 (talk) 17:52, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
Elections
[edit]just one question, there's literally one party legally allowed in Vietnam, and because the point is not to vote for a party, but rather for a person, how is it a "rubber stamp"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:EE0:4001:52:244C:5037:E55B:75E3 (talk) 14:10, 25 October 2023 (UTC)
- The candidates are mostly members of the Party, all of them are chosen by the party, then if that is not rubber stamp, what it is.(just in case someone ask, rubber stamp means an institution that is de jure powerful but de facto weak and subordinate to a more powerful institution) Nguyen280405 (talk) 20:02, 28 March 2024 (UTC)
