How to Develop HR Policies

[edit]

A small team including the CEO, HR Manager and key managers can develop the Human Resource Policies. The content of the policies should be determined by the organisation to ensure that it fits the organisation’s needs. A variety of sample policies are available commercially and can provide a useful framework. Alternatively it can be useful to look at the policies of companies that are in the same industry sector. External help should be sought to review the Policy Manual to ensure that nothing is missing and that none of the policies contravene legislation. erwtwertwrt —Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.92.254.141 (talk) 08:25, 18 October 2008 (UTC) 67ioyiyoupi0o'jo9,uiomi6i8mn68imn7mo07 7imt78om78om,9l 79l7o —Preceding unsigned comment added by 123.50.163.86 (talk) 11:47, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion

[edit]
I have requested this move back to Human resource policies as it is not the case that Human and resource are hyphenated either currently or in the past. I cannot rvert authomatically as there have been subsequent edits to this article.Tmol42 (talk) 16:06, 18 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
