Possible Death

While there doesn't appear to be a source that meets the Wikipedia standards yet, it appears that Howard Stein may have died. Therefore once we have an obituary in a notable source we should document that. I am leaving this note mostly to ensure that, if someone checks here in the future, they can quickly check for a notable source and then edit the page accordingly.
