Building History
[edit]This section has little to do with the history of the actual building. It's more about the City Beautiful movement and buildings constructed during Treasury Supervising Architect James Knox Taylor's tenure. You have to assume that construction began in 1903 (until you get to the next section, which is where you finally discover that construction was completed in 1910). Perhaps it should be titled "Background". Was there a previous federal building in Cleveland prior to 1903?50.9.209.200 (talk) 09:41, 24 July 2011 (UTC)
