- We did once discuss at WT:NRHP the related issue of how to treat "House At ..." listings (which I also don't capitalize in the lede). I do wish the NYCLPC could have come up with a better name, but absent that it is entirely possible to argue that the designation creates an official name that is used as such in the NPS listing.
