Failing the article
[edit]The article is full of good points, and I really enjoy reviewing articles about history from this period, but I am going to be failing the GAN because too much of the text needs to be corrected to improve the English.
I would suggest you submit it for copy editing at Wikipedia:WikiProject_Guild_of_Copy_Editors/Requests (the process will take a few weeks before it gets done). Once the issues with the prose are sorted, I would then re-nominate the article. If you let me know when you have done this, I would be very happy to continue reviewing the article for you.
