Page Name
[edit]Yes I think we should edit all links and change to the real name "Hope Waddell Training Institution" Peacesofpeace (talk) 10:52, 11 February 2012 (UTC)
- I moved the page...feel free to go after any links. :) -- akendall 10:53, 11 February 2012 (UTC)
If the name really is Hope Waddell Training Institution, should we consider a move to that name? -- akendall 10:41, 11 February 2012 (UTC)
- I moved it, per this source. -- akendall 10:45, 11 February 2012 (UTC)
- The school seems to have been founded as "HWT Institute" and later became known as "HWT Institution". The name change may have happened when the school was taken over by the state after independence. It is called "institute" more often than "institution" in the sources, which mostly talk about early years. Where an article quotes a source that says "institute", the article text should remain as "institute" to conform to the source, and the link should match the text (not piped to "institution"). The link then redirects from "HWT institute" to "HWT institution". Redirection is preferable to piping. Aymatth2 (talk) 17:01, 11 February 2012 (UTC)
