This article needs to be cleaned up....

This article is not written from an independent point of view, and appears to be written by the university itself (assumed by periodic use of the words "us, "we" and "our"). While it appears that the information is generally valid, it is not cited. Only the "International Partnership and Research Collaboration" section is cited. There are a considerable number of facts that need verification, as well as a number of sections that need to be rewritten so as to be presented in proper Wikipedia fashion

There are many peacock words in the article. Again, this should not be a brochure or advertisement for HCMUT, it should rather be a neutral encyclopedic style article. The bias of the writer is apparent and should be removed.

It also appears to have been written by a talented but non-native English speaker. There are a number of confusing grammatical and spelling errors that need correction as well. B.jamin.nelson (talk) 18:24, 16 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Most of this article is a word for word duplicate in violation of the copyright posted on http://www.hcmut.edu.vn/en/. Other parts have slight variations but are still plagiarized. This is a violation of Wikipedia terms of use. I'll give it a day or two for someone to come up with valid reason for why it should stay, otherwise it needs to be removed.
