To the best of my knowledge, 最高 literally translates to "highest" or "of greatest order/degree" but in most terms, including the Chinese name for the Supreme Court of the People's Republic of China, the term means "supreme." Unless there's a direct official translation that provides for "highest" I advise using "Supreme." Augend (talk) 05:27, 7 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
