I find it odd that the plant is pronunced /ˈhjuːkɪrə/ in English, when a Swede (Carl von Linné) named it after the German botanist von Heucher (pronunced "Hoy-share").--Zarbi (talk) 14:17, 19 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
