Herb score was an All-Star player (Baseball-Reference.Com, Standard Pitching|More Stats: "Year" (1955, 1956)| "Awards" ("AS")).
He was not an All-Star game.
He was selected to be an All-Star (player) not selected to be an All-Star game.
