@Cenderpede: Hi there, please refer to WP:GNG and WP:NPOLITICIAN for notability guidelines. The current article does not fulfills the guideline in its current state. Her work and personal life does not pass WP:GNG or other notability guidelines. Her political career, or lack or, does not passes WP:NPOLITICIAN regardless how many times she contested. The minimum requirement is that she is elected at least once. Redirection preserves the work till one day she becomes notable (get elected or become the party leadership, either chairman or sec-gen). If not, this article will get nominated for deletion and the same notability issues will come up again. Your article about a newbie candidate being deleted doesn't mean this should be deleted in the same manner. @Justanothersgwikieditor: For instance, this article and this as well have both described her online popularity and likened her to another politician who has never been elected before but has an article here on Wikipedia. So that should be sufficient for "notability" requirement? Cenderpede (talk)
@Cenderpede: Both articles does not shows significant coverage, its just general interviews about her political candidacy and trivia. Does not show any other significant impact on anything else. If you compare with Shawn Huang Wei Zhong, both articles are pretty much at the same level while Shawn had slightly more coverage over his name change. --Justanothersgwikieditor (talk) 03:33, 7 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Justanothersgwikieditor: So you're admitting that you're just mad that your contribution was deleted and so you're pouncing on this article? I've provided sources that this individual is notable and has been active since 2015 while the person you mentioned as an example has just appear in media only a few days ago, so how is that even the same? In addition, you redirect this article within 20 minutes of its creation without any discussion, and this is actually a form of disruption which can render you to be reported. Cenderpede (talk)

Your sources does not prove she is notable, which I will repeat again and again. @Justanothersgwikieditor: I did not check the edit history but made the guess as you were adamant and quick on replacing this article with a redirect and then making comparisons with a relatively unknown newbie candidate, out of nowhere.
