Lack of citation
[edit]Ths article is a mess. It has no sources for the claim that Pillsbury contracted syphilis, and no mention that the Hastings Tournament was considered by some to be a World Championship tournament. It also fails to mention Pillsbury’s marriage in 1901. The lack of citation in the article is particularly glaring considering that Pillsbury was one of the all-time chess greats.
