Harold Herd → Harold Herd (rugby union) – I don't see how the rugby player is more notable than a justice of the Kansas Supreme Court. The latter figure seems as likely to be referred to as "Harold Herd" (see Elliot V. Banks, William Craw Webb, Reports of Cases Argued and Determined in the Supreme Court of the State of Kansas (1993), Volume 252, p. xxii: "Dick Hunter, a past president of the KBA, recalls Harold Herd as fearless and honest, and a lawyer who always called things as he saw them"). Move to disambiguate. bd2412 T 19:10, 22 November 2016 (UTC)
