Harold Herd → Harold Herd (rugby union) – I don't see how the rugby player is more notable than a justice of the Kansas Supreme Court. The latter figure seems as likely to be referred to as "Harold Herd" (see ‎Elliot V. Banks, ‎William Craw Webb, Reports of Cases Argued and Determined in the Supreme Court of the State of Kansas (1993), Volume 252, p. xxii: "Dick Hunter, a past president of the KBA, recalls Harold Herd as fearless and honest, and a lawyer who always called things as he saw them").
