Hello,
I supposed that the photo from the Everett Collection of Harold Winston, Frank Capra, Carey Grant, and Priscilla Lane was going to be removed and I see that it has been.
I did call the Everett Collection in NY and spoke with Allison about my intended use of the photo before I posted it. She told me that my use was a proper one and there should be no problem as it was a non commercial use. I realize that Wikipedia has wise and appropriate rules to avoid copyright misuse. When I call again, soon, to discuss the matter with the people at the Everett Collection, exactly what information do I need from them, copyright information, number, etc., what ever it is called for the form at Wiki Commons? Thank you, Joe Weinstein (talk) 04:51, 20 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
