[edit]It is not clear to me, despite a long article, why this person is notable? Their sole claim to fame seems to have been to reach the rank of Brigadier in the Indian Army. Have I missed something? DJ Clayworth 18:36, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
I think somebody who uploaded the 1965-war photos knew the guy(in the photo as well) :) no other claim to fame IMHO.
- It was indeed created by Hari Singh's progeny. Therefore I have listed this one for speedy deletion. He is indeed a non notable person. Idleguy 05:51, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
- If there is ever an article "AVSM winners" then this might be notable. jaiiaf 16:36, 17 October 2006
- I really dont think that this is any sort of "claim to fame". what is the harm in listing anyones contribution in wars i mean its an act of bravery.capturing the barkee post was one of the very crucial moments of the war....so i gues this person deserves the due credit.21 may 2007
