I've replaced an apparently wrong Livy citation with an online (Everyman's library) citation. Other Livy citations in the article can't readily be checked because information about the relevant publication is missing. There are now numerous online versions of Livy, so the WP standard should be to use one of those, which can be checked by anyone, rather than an obscure library book which hasn't been digitised. Because I know enough Latin, I personally prefer a text with Latin and English on facing pages, like this one, but I can see that most readers would be happier with a reliable English-only version.
