- @TonyTheTiger: I can't see any problems with the article or the hook but could the hook be made a bit sharper? Is it necessary to include NCAA? My preference would be to avoid abbreviations which those of us outside the USA aren't likely to recognise. Also add a space between 1 and million, or maybe just say one million dollars? - Please comment further on "Is it necessary to include NCAA"-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 19:51, 29 April 2023 (UTC)
- @TonyTheTiger: Sorry about the delay in responding. Either of those are ALTs are better in my opinion and but I think ALT1 is the better one. I think it is necessary to include National Collegiate Athletic Association since they were the ones to legalise it. SmartSE (talk) 16:56, 6 May 2023 (UTC)
- @TonyTheTiger and Smartse: under WP:RSP, The New York Post isn't a reliable source – the amount of money made by two living people certainly requires something better. Is there another source for the claim? theleekycauldron (talk • contribs) (she/her) 17:08, 17 May 2023 (UTC)

- @TonyTheTiger: that source says "reportedly", so the article and the hook would have to be updated to match. theleekycauldron (talk •contribs) (she/her) 04:51, 19 May 2023 (UTC)

- @TonyTheTiger: Thanks. Good to go SmartSE (talk) 10:11, 21 May 2023 (UTC)
@Smartse and TonyTheTiger: Both ALT1 and ALT2 exceed 200 characters. To help with this, I suggest replacing "dollars" with the dollar sign ($), among other fixes. Edge3 (talk) 15:26, 25 June 2023 (UTC)
Additionally, would you like to submit images for this nomination? Both images are of high quality, and I especially like the photo with the two sisters. No guarantees that they will be used on the Main Page, but it doesn't hurt to try. Edge3 (talk) 15:28, 25 June 2023 (UTC)
- The picture of the two of them would not be appropriate for the main page for the sister in the background (Hanna). I don't think the main image really looks like how she presents herself now. She is mostly posts a lot of thirst trap pics that flaunt her curvy hip area and her blonde hair. The main bio image is from when she was purely a basketball player. However, as a subject, she would be a great lead image. I think it would likely get 10k plus views a main image even without a thirst trap image. It might be good for the main page to have an image for her. I'd be happy to nominate her main image (File:Hanna Cavinder (cropped).jpg).--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 06:05, 27 June 2023 (UTC)

- You're still over 200 characters. I suggested "replacing "dollars" with the dollar sign ($), among other fixes." Would it be better to just use the NCAA abbreviation? Edge3 (talk) 03:29, 28 June 2023 (UTC)

- No problems were found in the rest of the article.
- Checking whether the article complies with MOS.
- Add alt texts to the images in the article.
- The short description has 74 characters and most short descriptions have 40 or fewer characters. Cavinder is known for being a basketball player and social media personality, though, most of the article actually covers her basketball career. What about changing the short description to "American former basketball player"?
- The first line of her biography has the following text;
{{Short description|American social media personality and former basketball player (born 2001)}}
-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 18:11, 20 August 2023 (UTC)- That short description has more than 40 characters, so it should be shortened. --Vacant0 (talk) 17:05, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
- The first line of her biography has the following text;
- Article complies with the MOS:LEDE, MOS:LAYOUT, and MOS:WTW guidelines. There is no fiction and embedded lists within the article, so I am skipping MOS:WAF and MOS:EMBED.
- Checking ref, verifiability, and whether there is original research.
- References section with a {{reflist}} template is present in the article.
- No referencing issues.
- Most of the listed references are reliable, however:
- Ref 19, 20, 26, 30, 33, 39, 40 are dead URLs.
- Found archives at internetarchive.org.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 04:36, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
- Ref 29 missing website parameter.
- Added-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 04:41, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
- Ref 45 and 46 is NYPOST which is unreliable.

- Her height (in the infobox) is unsourced. FYI Ref 44 does cover this, so please add the ref next to it.
- I am using https://www.sports-reference.com/cbb/players/hanna-cavinder-1.html, but I am not sure how to cite a two part parameter.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 23:27, 23 August 2023 (UTC)
- I've added it for you. Vacant0 (talk) 08:38, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
- Ref 19, 20, 26, 30, 33, 39, 40 are dead URLs.

Final comments
[edit]@TonyTheTiger: The article will be on hold for a week so that you can fix these issues that I've pointed out in the review. Cheers, --Vacant0 (talk) 19:06, 19 August 2023 (UTC)
- Vacant0, as I understand your review, the only changes that I see are needed is to replace dead URLs. Let me know if I am missing anything.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 02:46, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
- I've noted everything that you should do above, this is to: add alt texts to images, shorten the short description to 40 or less characters,
fix the 7 dead URLs, replace New York Post sources with reliable sources, and add a source for her height.Vacant0 (talk) 08:52, 21 August 2023 (UTC)- I've striked what has been completed so far. Once these two more issues get fixed, I'll promote the article to GA status. Vacant0 (talk) 08:39, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
- @TonyTheTiger: It's been a week since this GA review has started and all issues related to GA criteria have been addressed. I'll promote the article to GA status now but I'd like to see alt texts added and the short desc shortened (less than 40 characters). Vacant0 (talk) 14:15, 26 August 2023 (UTC)
