While I am not (in any form) an expert on copyrights and the use of sporting 'badges' and logo's. Would it not be rational to conclude that the "fair use" status of the logo is extended to anything that 'represents' the Rugby Club. In this particular case, the logo of HRLFC is used on most (if not all) of the clubs publications, websites and other media. This Wikipedia page is a reflection of the club, its staff and history and even though is not officially endorsed by the club it is still a representation.--Higgy3k 23:01, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

Horrific weather conditions

The failure of the rock and blues concert at Thrum Hall in 1970 (which I attended) was not due to the weather at all but to the poor marketing effort by those responsible. Just because a source is verifiable does not mean it is credible. The weather at the concert was dry and the pitch on which we all gathered was in good enough condition for a game of rugby. Fleetwood Mac didn't turn up and the best act on was Chicken Shack, particularly Stan "The Man" Webb.

Harry Wilkinson (rugby) and Harry Wilkinson (rugby union) related?

Forty-years apart, Harry Wilkinson (rugby) (for Halifax (a rugby league team since 1895), and Harry Wilkinson (rugby union) for Halifax RUFC, played rugby union in Halifax, are they related, e.g. father/(grand)son? Best Regards. DynamoDegsy (talk) 10:05, 22 May 2012 (UTC)

Alan Kellett

Did Hugh Duffy play in the 1963 Yorkshire Cup final?
