The book jumps between events

"Events" ?
[edit]Should not the appropriate word in the following be "issues" instead of event because the event of course will not change bit the events can possibly change the issues by resolving them whoch is what has not happened:
" the war is as important to the Igbo people her book features today as it was then.[3] Because none of the major political events were changed in the book"
