A few inaccuracies, I'm afraid. (1) The date of completion was inserted as "commissioned"; the writer of the article should note the difference between commissioning date and completion date. (2) The dimensions inserted were the design dimensions, from which the actual dimensions, as physically measured when launched and accepted by the Navy, differed by a few inches. (3) The ISBN number in the references to my book were incorrect; I think the writer took the ISBN number of a different book of mine. I have corrected all these points.
