Check
[edit]@Plantdrew: Could you check this article for me? - This is my first attempt at a genera and I'm lacking a bit of confidence regarding the infobox and classification details. Any suggestions for improvement or corrections would be welcomed. Cheers Hughesdarren (talk) 22:17, 13 January 2017 (UTC)
- @Hughesdarren:, sorry for the delay replying, I was away on vacation and am just getting caught up on Wikipedia stuff. In it's current state, the article looks great; I'm going to upgrade it from Stub to Start class. Looking at the article as it was when you first pinged you me, it was pretty good, but I do have one suggestion. If you're not going to list all the species in the genus (you had just two to begin with), make it explicit that there are more species than are listed. You could do that with a section header of "Selected species" instead of "Species", or writing something like "the genus has 14 species including...".
- Thanks for getting back to me, hope you had a good break. Will bear that in mind in future and have clarified that the list is now complete. Hughesdarren (talk) 02:41, 18 January 2017 (UTC)
- On another note, Gunniopsis zygophylloides appears to be an accepted species (see APNI). The name has been misapplied to G. calcarea, but it's not a synonym when correctly applied. Plantdrew (talk) 23:40, 17 January 2017 (UTC)
- Ooops, should have checked that more thoroughly, will fix up today sometime. Thanks for pointing it out. Regards Hughesdarren (talk) 02:41, 18 January 2017 (UTC)
