Gujarat under the Mughal Empire → ? – This article is written as though describing the Gujarat Subah (province) of the Mughal empire, but isn't titled so. It is described as a subah in the infobox, the page is categorized as a subah (as well as an established state/territory), and it provides a lot of detail about the governors/viceroys of the subah. I think it would make sense to move this page to the page Gujarat Subah, which is more precise since 'subah' specifically refers to a province of the Mughal empire. Seeking community input on this, because I recognise that 'Gujarat under the Mughal empire' and 'Gujarat Subah' have different meanings. - Comment - I don't know what exactly if this is within guidelines but I would suggest "Mughal Gujarat" perhaps, considering how regions are known when ruled by an empire (eg. Roman Britain). Estar8806 (talk) 18:43, 23 February 2023 (UTC)
- Support - Seeing as articles titled Bengal Subah, Subah of Lahore, and Subah of Multan, amidst others, already exist, I would support a move to 'Gujarat Subah' or 'Subah of Gujarat'. ThethPunjabi (talk) 10:53, 2 March 2023 (UTC)
- Relisting comment: Relisting for additional participation. Currently a consensus to move, but no consensus on where. BilledMammal (talk) 14:21, 2 March 2023 (UTC)
