Grizzly → Grizzly (disambiguation) — Grizzly should redirect to Grizzly bear. The bear is clearly the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, as one can see by article traffic statistics, by searching through Google Books, or just by applying common sense. There should be a WP:DABLINK at the top of Grizzly bear which points to Grizzly (disambiguation), but Grizzly should go to the article about the bear, not to a DAB page.
