Merger proposal

I propose that Austrian State Prize be merged into Grand Austrian State Prize. because the two articles talk about the same thing; The Grand Austrian State Prize article though is more detailed, and I also think the word "Grand" State Prize makes the translation of "Großer" Staatspreis more accurate (both translations are commonly used).
