A problem with the name "Aquitaine marble"?

There's a problem with the location of this marble quarry: it's not in Aubertin (French department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques) at all, but in Aubert (municipality of Moulis, French department of Ariège). This also raises the question of the name chosen for this wikipedia page (Aquitaine marble). While Aubertin is in Aquitaine, Aubert is not. In French, there is never any mention of the name "Marbre d'Aquitaine", it is always mainly referred to as "Grand Antique" (see for example Grand Antique), and this also seems to be the case in English publications, with the exception of a few recent ones which may have been influenced by the present article. Apart from its location and name, the rest of the article's content seems quite correct. So I'd like to ask the page's creator, Venicescapes, whether there might be an error in the name, given the error in the location? Are there any serious sources prior to the article proposing the name "Aquitaine marble"? Thanks for your answer! --Frédéric Neupont (talk) 13:16, 4 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Considering the lack of response from the page creator, the error in localization, and the indications suggesting that the name "Grand Antique Marble" has been regularly used for a long time (unlike the name "Aquitanian Marble"), I believe it is preferable to proceed with renaming this page. Finally I found this source which indicates that in Roman times this marble was known as "Marmor Aquitanicum": GRAND ANTIQUE D'AUBERT® MARBLE. Nevertheless, the title of this very source calls it "Grand Antique d'Aubert" and so I think it's also better to call it "Grand Antique", as this is the name by which it has been known in recent centuries. "Grand Antique" is a proper noun, capitalization of Antique is justified

Cancellation of Primergrey's renaming to "Grand antique", see Primergrey's discussion page: "Antique" here is not an adjective but part of a proper noun, the capitalization is justified and a Google search shows that it is commonly used in this context (search for "Grand Antique" + "marble" or "Grand Antique" + "Aubert").
