Notability discussion
[edit]This guy clearly wrote this himself, and its nothing but patting himself on the back:
His most famous work is probably.... Although he is best known for his expertise in flags, Bartram is a software engineer....

Delete this article - seriously, he made a flag that isn't even an authentic flag - and pats himself on the back - Wiki is not plaxo or monsterjobs.com —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.249.254.122 (talk) 19:53, 20 November 2008 (UTC)
- I prodded this article; I was unable to find any solid sources for this fellow.--~TPW 02:33, 3 April 2010 (UTC)
I find the topic of the article "significant, interesting, or unusual enough to deserve attention or to be recorded." Mr. Bartram is an officer in two of the most important vexillological institutions of the world (FIAV and the Flag Institute) and an author of notable work on the field of vexillology. Information on the article is reliable and verifiable.--Banderas (talk) 10:39, 5 April 2010 (UTC)
