I tried reading this article but gave up after a few minutes, having found such entries as: "QA/QI, ALS, KED, ACLS and Type |||".

I have absolutely no idea what any of them mean, but they are all in para 1. The template that includes the word 'confusing' could only have been inserted by a Brit - talk about an understatement !

Management (director)

Grady EMS has had many directors in the current past.
