It may appropriate to spin off the govermnent secton of Milwaukee, Wisconsin to this article, but it should be done in Summary style. Honestly, I don't see a reason to sping it off. – Dreadstar 20:44, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I believe that we can put most of the content into Government of Milwaukee which was on the DO-TO list until I created the article. JoeyLovesSports 21:10, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Why is that necessary? Is the article being expanded? – Dreadstar 21:13, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It is necessary. I'm try to added City and County Government. The article will be expanded and cleaned-up if I could get some help from the community. JoeyLovesSports 21:16, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The current main article is 32kb in size, I don't see a need to spin it off just yet. Do you have a Sandbox with your proposed additions? I'm good with spinning it off, I just think spinning off such a small section is unnecessary at this time. I don't mean to be jumping into the middle of a article improvement and expansion project, but I didn't see too much discussion around this government spinoff...mebbe I missed it...:) – Dreadstar 21:20, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Milwaukee article should have decent, if brief, coverage of Milwaukee politics. If JoeyLovesSports wants to expand beyond that, then Government of Milwaukee is the place to do it. Just don't cut everything out of Milwaukee and put it here. --Fang Aili talk 13:03, 4 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Sorry to have jumped so quickly to a conclusion on this. Joey, I'm here to help! What can I do? – Dreadstar 16:54, 4 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Whatever did that work since I was gone, looks great. JoeyLovesSports 07:19, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! It was me. I'm so glad you like it! What else should we do? – Dreadstar 07:25, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I believe that might be it. I was looking at Green Bay. We really need to start working on some of these Wisconsin articles. JoeyLovesSports 18:26, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Wow, that was easy..;) Sounds like you have a great project in mind! I've been looking at the Augusta, Georgia article, I think it could get back to GA status and possibly FA with some work.... I find these articles while fighting vandals and get involved...I'm not from either Georgia or Wisconsin. I did live in Chicago as a youth...but now I'm in sunny Florida. – Dreadstar 18:34, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
