Disney, Miramax

[edit]

Well, I know that Miramax Family Films distributed the film, but how can Walt Disney Pictures distribute the film as well?? Gabrielkat 07:55, 17 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Miramax is a division of Disney... maybe that's what's meant?

Sequel?

[edit]

The article mentions a sequel, but I can't find any evidence that it exists.--64.114.135.25 (talk) 09:13, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Rights to the film

[edit]

The final paragraph of the home media does not give a proper sourcing about Paramount Pictures having had and lost the rights to Gordy. On the Miramax article, it says that 49% stake of the company was sold to Paramount Global. However, what if Gordy is part of the other 51%? 2600:1700:53F1:5560:D438:2B7E:AEF7:4F8 (talk) 18:55, 9 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I see that this has been removed by the same person who added it. However, I reverted another edit that did not match the source provided. But since the Miramax article mentions the company's sale, this might be true after all. Is anyone willing to find a source for this? 2600:1700:53F1:5560:9904:5463:ED0C:BC6A (talk) 21:52, 10 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
