@Daffydavid, do you know what happened to your AfD nomination? Somehow it got replaced by a question from a single-edit user @Covingni. I redid an AfD which is now being attacked by more single-edit users. That's life.

The current page clearly does not qualify, with no verification and no real attempt to prove notability. It does not look as if anyone is going to make a rescue bid, just attacks. Ldm1954 (talk) 23:35, 11 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I think the other user (@Covingni:) saw the AfD tag and clicked on (what would have been a WP:REDLINK to the) discussion page and simply created a new page with their keep !vote. Delete , Comment Update to my previous comment. If this countscasca duplicate vote please strike it. I see editors have been actually adding sources which is great. However, the reference to the Chronicle Journal article as notable is misleading. It is a press release and that "Guest column" tag is doing some heavy lifting. Despite allegations of some nefarious motive by his obvious supporters I still stand by the afd tag and will await the result. Daffydavid (talk) 08:12, 21 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
