Proposed merge of Agriculture for Impact into Gordon Conway

This poorly-referenced page's content should be wrapped into the page of it's leader, Gordon Conway. As a small group within a university, akin to a research group, its notability is borderline and it has not existed since 2016 as noted on their website, it is now a static resources page.
