Fair use rationale for Image:Goal!2.JPG
[edit]Image:Goal!2.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Regarding its release date and plotline
[edit]According to IMDB, this movie was released in the UK in February 2007. It was further released in many other European countries as well as Central American, South American and Asian countries. How is this "revealing" the plotline? Do we not put the plotline just because it has not been released in the US and Australia?
Think about it this way: just because a film has yet to be released in Hong Kong does not mean that its plotline should not be revealed. Also, by single-sentence plot, it looks more like a teaser and therefore an advertisement for the movie, which is not allowed on Wikipedia.
Wikipedia requires a worldwide view of things - and not solely a US view. There is hard evidence as well that Steve McManaman played a part as assistant producer, so we should include him into the producers list. --typhoonchaser 10:22, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
- Please see Wikipedia:Spoiler -
Hope that helps. AtaruMoroboshi (talk) 16:06, 29 April 2008 (UTC)"It is not acceptable to delete information from an article about a work of fiction because you think it spoils the plot. Such concerns must not interfere with neutral point of view, encyclopedic tone, completeness, or any other element of article quality (for example, Wikipedia:Lead section)."
- Yes, I think User:Goalproducer may have the wrong idea about Wikipedia- he clearly sees this encyclopaedia as a medium on which to advertise his film- which it most emphatically is not. Far worse though, he or she has made clear legal threats (and presumably has the means to back them up) which is completely unacceptable. I've posted to WP:AN/I about, not sure if there'll be a response but we'll see. Badgerpatrol (talk) 16:37, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
- Wow- I take it back, I see that he's now been indef blocked per policy...unfortunate but necessary I think. My faith in AN/I is fully restored! Badgerpatrol (talk) 16:39, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
Did this release in the US ever happen? Can anyone confirm...? Or even this? The release date's either "N/A" or "April - limited" everywhere else... --typhoonchaser 10:11, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
