the list of notable residents was removed. 2 had articles, but those articles did not say that they had lived there. the rest of the names had no appearances in WP. if they are notable, add them with external refs, or write articles with indication they had lived there, and then link them. for the 2 people with articles, again, a reference that they lived there (an interview, etc, from a reliable source) is needed. as they say in school, show your work.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 19:16, 8 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
again, i removed links to two reputed former residents articles. their articles dont say they ever lived there. please dont add them again unless there is a source for this information. even their official websites may do as a reference, if they say so there. and it needs to be mentioned in their articles as well. if its notable that they lived there (i imagine its more credible for a rapper to come from here than from say the Dakota hotel in manhattan-growing up in glenwood is surely an influence on their music) it should be in their article.
