Cite Needed
[edit]"in what is now widely accepted as a political stunt orchestrated by the Conservative Party". Think there should be a cite for that. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.42.98.108 (talk) 12:54, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

Only another month and Ladbrookes will be safe from paying out on that bet. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.148.2.139 (talk) 22:13, 7 February 2013 (UTC)

External links: Vote Leave press release
[edit]Hi, I'm not sure what the point of the following link in the External links section is: http://www.voteleavetakecontrol.org/uk_pays_1_8_billion_to_help_albania_and_turkey_join_the_eu.html.
It is simply a press release and doesn't appear to be a general information page about Gisela Stuart. I will remove it. If anyone disagrees, please revert my edit. Thanks. WeißwurstJon (talk) 20:13, 1 April 2018 (UTC)
Born
[edit]She was born in the Federal Republic of Germany. There was never a country called West Germany. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Arndt1969 (talk • contribs) 10:08, 18 January 2019 (UTC)
Vote Leave
[edit]The current Vote Leave section of this article says that Stuart 'revealed' after the brexit referendum that she had been instrumental in writing article 50 of the Lisbon treaty. She previously made this claim in a November 2009 episode of the BBC's Analysis podcast: https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00nvdgd Though at that time she claimed not to support taking Britain out of the EU herself.
