removal of images
[edit]It is not appropriate to remove images unless or until you can provide an alternate image, or point to the new image, especially since your edits were already reverted. I have seen the image at the website, it is not distinct to Scotland but the generic one. This one can stay. Now watching the article so you don't remove it again. --Chris (クリス • フィッチュ) (talk) 19:52, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
Hi Chris
The logo image at www.girlguidingscotland.org.uk is the current official logo of Girlguiding Scotland and this is the one that we would like used on this page. The logo that appears on this page currently is an out of date one that does not represent Girlguiding Scotland.
All of the Countries and Counties within the UK use the same Logo as we are part of the same umbrella organisation. I am sure you will understand that it is in Girlguiding's best interests to be represented by our official logo on our Wikipedia page
I hope this clarifies things.
Best regards Kenny Marcom Designer

- What is the correct logo? The website uses this one. Is there a brand or logo guide we can refer to? ---— Gadget850 (Ed) talk 11:41, 18 August 2010 (UTC)
Hi gadget850. Yes, that logo on the website is the correct one. Unfortunately there are no brand guidelines available online but the website uses the current logo, which is in line with other Girlguiding branding: see www.girlguiding.org.uk. Marcomdesigner (talk) 13:20, 6 October 2010 (UTC)
