The result of the move request was: Moved. EdJohnston (talk) 20:26, 28 May 2013 (UTC)
Gimme Dat Ding (song) → Gimme Dat Ding – Mainly known as a song not an album. PatGallacher (talk) 23:45, 8 May 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose - Although weird-ish, the phrase itself is obscure, and it is widely used as an expression instead of either a song or an album. --George Ho (talk) 16:42, 16 May 2013 (UTC)
- Skeptical comment - what benefits would this bring? (But I must say, George, I think that's a pretty obscure one). Trawling Google soon unearths the other versions by (at least) The Sweet (compilation) and The Shaggs, so "(song)" seems perhaps more appropriate? Thanks. - Support. Clear WP:TWODABS situation with a primary topic. The song was viewed 1143 times in the last 30 days, compared to only 266 for the album. The move will remove a click for the majority of readers who are looking for the song; the album can be found just as easily through a hat note.--Cúchullain t/c 19:10, 28 May 2013 (UTC)
