Schleswig
[edit]@Altenmann My apologies, but I still don't see the value in the section on Schleswig. The 1917 reference to the cartoon is outside the scope of the page, which starts in the fall of 1918. Even if that part were removed, and accepting that Schleswig was a "special area" post Oct 1918, so were the Rhineland, West Prussia, Silesia and Pomerania – all of which were more significant than the towns in Schleswig. The fact that they remained calm under the councils is fully (if implicitly) covered in the body of the page.
How about moving your addition to the history section of "South Jutland County" with a link back to this page? I think it would fit in better there. Thanks, GHStPaulMN (talk) 14:13, 25 March 2024 (UTC)
- You mean South Jutland County article? OK. Makes sense. - Altenmann >talk 17:06, 25 March 2024 (UTC)
