This isn't right: "...stopping at St. Nazaire to pick up two T5 Zaunkönig torpedoes, which were designed to zigzag to improve their chances of finding a target within a convoy." The T-5 was an acoustic homing torpedo. The zig-zag, called Federapparat (FAT) in German, was a modification to standard torpedoes like the G7e. These are two separate things. The reference I have handy (Mulligan) says U-515 had T-5 torpedoes on this patrol, but doesn't say how many or whether she also carried FATs. Rees11 (talk) 01:54, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
