[edit]Hey, I added commercial to the title because
- I was interested in using germanet
- I download pygermanet
- I discovered that it was unuseable because the data was commercial
- My expectation was that it would be public because it was produced by a university
As such, I feel that it is useful to inform people *early* that germanet is commercial.
I must admit that I am slightly biased on the issue. I *loath* "access to academic organisation licensing" for many reasons. I tried to find somewhere I could get this edit "approved" for this reason, but it seems like one should first get into an unresolvable dispute before doing so...
I have also included links to odenet an open source alternative to this data set. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alexwright (talk • contribs) 04:28, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
